We are currently seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Permanent 2nd Shift Packaging LeadThis role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our packaging lines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

ResponsibilitiesAs a 2nd Shift Packaging Lead, you will be responsible for:
1Overseeing the operation of packaging lines, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
2Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards.
3Coordinating with the production team to ensure seamless integration of packaging activities with overall production schedule.
4Implementing and maintaining safety and sanitation protocols in the packaging area.
5Training and mentoring packaging staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
6Troubleshooting packaging equipment issues, coordinating with maintenance team as necessary.
7Conducting regular quality checks, ensuring the integrity and quality of our packaged products.
8Participating in inventory management, ensuring adequate supply of packaging materials.
QualificationsTo be considered for the 2nd Shift Packaging Lead position, you must possess the following
Qualifications:
1A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry, preferably in food production.
2Proven knowledge and understanding of GMP and HACCP standards.
3Demonstrated experience in managing packaging lines, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
4Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
5Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
6Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
7Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a related field is a plus.
