Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

The Graphic Designer will create computer-generated visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate targeted audiences. This includes developing the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, technical documents, web site pages, and various other marketing publications.
This position is part-time, 2 days per week, possibly more on occasion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
oWork collaboratively with other Marketing Department employees to create literature and other marketing materials that have a high visual impact while conveying a clear message regarding MTM's products and services.
oWork with existing designs as well as work creatively to produce new concepts
oUtilizing computer software, create graphics and/or videos as well as stylize content on brochures, advertisements, and other forms of Materion literature.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
oMultimedia graphic design skills required:
Illustration, Photography, Animation, Video Production
oMust have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop, & InDesign) -- or comparable graphic design programs
oA working knowledge of Microsoft Office
oKnowledge of Sitecore (Website Content Management System) helpful but not required.
oAbility to prioritize, manage time effectively, and multi-task
oAbility to work independently in a professional environment
oAn Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Multi-media Development preferred
oAt least 1-3 years of previous experience in a corporate Communications/ Design environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
