Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. 5 years, leadership, supervisor experience, and team management skills. Problem-solving, trouble-shooting, and decision-making skills. Knowledge and expertise of industry (manufacturing). Excellent Time-management and organizational skills. Ability to instill positivity within a team and keep them motivated. Strong written and verbal in English and Spanish skills Preferred minimum of one year MS Office experience Ability to create end of shift reports using (Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word) Must have 10 years of production type electrical, pneumatic, & mechanical trouble-shooting experience. Must work well with Quality control personnel and others. The position requires attention to detail and accurate documentation. Must be able to maintain, set-up, change-over, and operate packaging equipment:
filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machinery. Ability to logically trouble-shoot machinery problems, identify root causes and decide on the best course of action. Works with sense of urgency and can perform well under pressure. CMMS operation and PM writing and executing experience. Must have own tools. Required to follow instructions, GMP's, SOP's, and Safety Rules (LOTO). Must have good communication skills. Must be able to work overtime when required. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Provide training to line workers on equipment and processes within assigned areas as required. Perform other duties as required. Interested in hearing more?
