Job Description:
Responsible for scanning and importing a range of documents and electronic files into the Imaging System repository overseeing the quality control process.
Responsibilities:
o Operate document imaging equipment to create electronic files or archives o Import electronic files into Imaging software o Assessing scanning quality o Verify quality of digital images o Help to retrieve documents o Communicate with distribution centers for missing electronic files or any related issues o Troubleshoots and make adjustments to equipment when necessary o Performs other relevant job duties as required. REQUIREMENTS:
Education/ Certifications:
(Required & Preferred) o High school graduate or equivalent or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform duties
Experience:
o One year of experience in accounts payable preferred o System Implementation Preferred Knowledge:
o Basic understanding of accounting, reconciliations and accounts payable functions o Working knowledge of MS Office Suite o Proficiency in Microsoft File Explorer Skills/ Abilities:
o Strong administrative skills including attention to detail, organization in a fast-paced corporate environment, and ability to shift focus based on fluctuating prioritization o Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing with internal departments. o Ability to work well in a team environment, develop relationships with internal departments to resolve disputes and outstanding issues quickly, and maintain a professional demeanor when faced with a high volume of work. o Self-starter who takes initiative. o Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. #buszr6 Recommended Skills Accounting Accounts Payable Administration Attention To Detail Balance Sheet Confidentiality Apply to this job.
