Responsibilities:
Receive and schedule calls Build all commercial estimates Turn over any jobs in software from an estimate to an actual job Process and send all requested quotes Electronically maintain all signed contracts Maintain all preventative maintenance agreement Schedule weekly visits Review calls daily to ensure proper billing and PO's on jobs Assist commercial manager with reviewing any delayed payment Work directly with collections department for all outstanding customers Work directly with Commercial Service manager to get all documentation priced Enter notes, tasks, and finalize all commercial bills on quoted jobs Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or account management experience Familiar with billing and accounts receivable processes Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel Excellent computer skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
