401-334-4152 Summary of Responsibilities Greet incoming guests and clients.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate attorney; take accurate phone messages.
Type, proofread, print, and scan documents.
Retrieve, maintain, and close client files.
Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
Bill preparation and other data entry tasks.
Other similar duties.
Job Requirements 1 year of secretarial experience preferred; real estate and litigation experience is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with Corel Word Perfect is a plus.
Strong grammar, proofreading, and communication skills.
Part time:
32 Hours Full time:
40 Hours Pay From $22 per hour - Commensurate with experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
