4K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Lincoln Tech in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Social Media Coordinator who will primarily be responsible for creating and publishing content on the company's B2B social media platforms, including Twitter and LinkedIn.
The coordinator will also work closely with the Social Media Manager and Director as needed in generating content for Facebook, Instagram, and other channels in support of select campuses and promotional events.
The Social Media Coordinator should be a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing social content, brand building, increasing audience engagement, and social participation.
What You'll Do:
Manage B2B Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities related to corporate and campus pages Work with campus administrators on B2B content.
Manage published content (images, video and copy) Compile monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports for management showing social media results.
Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in order to maximize results.
Monitor, listen and respond to users in a social way Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations and plans for enhancing social media campaigns Monitor best practices among campus, competitors and industry trends Lead internal training and share B2B best practices with company and campus social media administrators Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, channels and strategies Requirements:
What You'll Need:
Concentration in advertising, marketing, media, or communications preferred 3
years of direct social media experience Knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their users, and how each platform can be deployed for different objectives (Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube) Experience in social media tactics that increase brand equity and awareness Strong writing skills for social media channel Understanding of basic social media metrics Experience with content creation tools (ie:
Canva, promo.
com, etc) Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other marketing functional areas as needed to complete tasks (ie:
