The Merrill Edge Investment Center is a multi-site service center with locations in Chandler, AZ; Hopewell, NJ; Jacksonville, FL and Lincoln, RI and functions as the primary service provider for Merrill Edge self-directed clientele. The goal of the Investment Center is to provide the highest caliber of service to Merrill Edge clients through general inquiries, account maintenance, online access, website navigation and unsolicited securities trading. The team delivers on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, productivity, quality and service standards.

Job Description:
Respond to existing Merrill Edge client requests and inquiries via secure email, provide general information to prospective clients via unsecure email, and monitor Bank of America email system for additional Merrill Edge client requests. Research and resolve escalated service issues and explain via email using efficient and professional language. Contact clients via telephone as necessary to obtain clarifying information or to provide additional information. Leverage internal resources to determine first point of contact resolution of client issues. Identify and process written complaints according to internal and industry policies. Accountable for defined and measured goals including email productivity and QA scores. This individual may also provide incoming call assistance as business needs and service levels dictate.

OurMerrill Edge Sr Customer Service Representativesare dedicated to providing world class service to our clients by providing point of call assistance and resolution.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Deliver exceptional service to clients by answering general account inquiries and providing quotes and account balances upon request
Accurately execute and confirm trade orders as well as a variety of securities transactions initiated by self-directed clients
Assist clients with brokerage consumer website usage and navigation
Perform unsolicited trading requests
Educate potential and existing clients about self-directed products and services
Research and resolve client requests
Maintain current knowledge of Merrill Edge products, policies and services while keeping abreast of financial markets and regulations
Uncover additional client needs, deepen existing relationships and refer clients to partner businesses
Hires must be open to working any shift assigned during center hours of operation. Perfect attendance is required during training period.
Unlicensed hires will be required to obtain the Series 7 & 63 within 90 days from date of hire. Failure to obtain licensing within that time frame will result in termination.
Training Start Date is June 2, 2014
Required Skills: MUST have these skills to be minimally qualified.

Series 7 and 63 preferred;if not currently held,Series 7 and 63 must be obtained within 90 days
