Vital Diagnostics, an ELITechGroup company, provides products and services for the clinical laboratory in the traditional in-vitro diagnostics market worldwide, with a focus on the physician's office, hospital and small-to-medium sized laboratory segments. Vital Diagnostics manufacturers and distributes clinical chemistry and hematology analyzers, along with reagents, designed to save the lab time and money.
Position Summary
Maximizes the effectiveness and productivity of Field Sales by producing high quality sales leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and goals. Provides a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identifies opportunities, produces leads and books appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads; qualifies in-bound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Develops creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors.
Proactively follows up with leads generated from canvassing by account managers and other sources.
Coordinates with field sales to secure and schedule on-site demonstrations of the company's multiple bench-top chemistry platforms.
Manages a database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business (utilizes CRM to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity).
Works closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives.
Attends monthly meetings with Sales Management to update information and discuss any issues.
Contributes to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas.
Assists with related special projects, as required, including but not limited to completing ROI assessments, compiling customer funnels, and working with the sales coordinator to ensure all closing documents are gathered and complete.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
1-3 years of inside sales, lead generation or telemarketing experience. MUST be comfortable on the phone.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Willingness to prospect and uncover opportunities.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM
Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word a plus.
